Failure Becomes the Birth of Faith

I hear stories about people who decide to go into business for themselves and they make a fortune or lose everything.

Rarely do I hear about someone who barely breaks even, despite working atrocious hours and mortgaging their soul.

Your soul can be stolen from you, no matter what you do.

Artists lose it in pursuit of their art.

Jobs take it in exchange for a paycheck.

Women want it, but they don’t know what to do with it.

A man who retains his soul has it all.

Everything else is an illusion, a trap.

We are spiritual beings until our spirit is taken from us. This is worse than death.

When it happens, we focus on what we can see.

We are confronted with corruption when we fail—everything will pass away.

So, failure becomes the birth of faith.
